Airtime Rewards is a marketing technology platform that wants its members to feel great about their daily spend and its employees to feel great about where they work.

The Manchester-based company is helping around 2.5m people save on their mobile bills every month, earning rewards with top-named brands in the process.

And there are benefits for the Airtime Rewards team too. Salaries are competitive and regularly reviewed. And every colleague is a shareholder in the business from their first day.

Staff can enjoy a better work-life balance through hybrid working – from home and the company’s Manchester and London offices – and can purchase up to a week's additional leave if they need some extra R&R.

And it's also the little things that make life sweeter at Airtime Rewards, from takeaways when the bi-weekly 'All Hands' meetings are office-based to a wellbeing app which sets daily tasks and rewards colleagues for completing them. Staff also get cash back on health appointments such as physiotherapy and eye tests.

Following team feedback, the company has improved how it communicates its direction of travel with a 'product roadmap' showing how, why and when it will be developing platforms and delivering new features to members – helping employees better see how they're helping the company grow and succeed.

And personal and professional development is encouraged. Every employee gets £500 each year to spend as they wish, such as on coding or management courses and conferences. This allocation is set to expand in 2023 to cover training and any necessary accreditations.
