With a local, national, and international network of partners, Age UK offers support, companionship, and advice to millions across the UK, while campaigning on issues that matter to older people. Its commitment extends globally through Age International, focusing on the needs and rights of older people in some of the world's poorest countries.

The organisation's strong focus on engagement is reflected in its inclusive approach to strategy development, involving colleagues in conversations through leadership engagement events, online suggestion boxes, briefings and a 'Festival of Ideas'. It also has a robust focus on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, wellbeing, mental health and menopause, with Director Champions actively participating in these engagement activities.
