Fulfilment teams now have a ‘banked hours’ scheme to work flexibly around sales volumes. Desk-based employees have flexible start and finish times and can work from home for up to two days a week.

And to keep morale and performance high during peak sales times, onsite treats and events bring operations teams together, from fancy dress competitions to DJ sets.
