Rocketmill was founded in 2009 with the ambition to help small businesses find, interact with and keep customers online.

This effort has protected 280 acres of land so far.
During Pride month, the agency showed its support for the LGBTQIA+ community through various activities and fundraisers. The agency organised a Pride quiz night where team members, clients, and friends participated and donated.
Additionally, Rocketmill contribute to local initiatives like "Wrap Up Brighton," collecting coats for the homeless during winter. During Christmas, it supports Off the Fence, a charity dedicated to helping the homeless, women at risk, and vulnerable school children in Brighton and Hove.

This course includes modules that cover the fundamentals of mental health, diminishing stigma, and cultivating a sense of assurance when engaging in conversations with their teams.

Rocketmill has launched its Academy; a structured 3-month training programme across its 2 largest departments. Each attendee has a mentor and works through the same syllabus with the aim to complete a final test and be awarded a permanent contract. This programme has allowed the agency to nurture and grow talent.
