In a challenging market, Quick Release continues to grow – both from a business perspective and an employee experience perspective. The talent profile in our organisation remains reasonably young relative to that within many competitors and clients; with our focus on taking very high potential individuals and accelerating their career growth rapidly - through technical training, diverse project work, and through empowering them to shape their projects and our organisation. We are very proud of our most talented team members achieving senior positions of responsibility early in their careers – both with QR and within their client projects - and we love the fact that our focus on delivering tangible, data-driven value to our clients means that every employee is making a positive impact for our clients. Going forward into 2025 we are focused more than ever on making smart business decisions and investing most in the activities and benefits that have the highest possible impact for our team – creating a happy workplace in which they can thrive and excel.
