Terms of Purchase Agreement for Award Evening Tickets

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the purchaser of tickets ("Buyer") and the ticket seller, Best Companies Limited of Hamilton House, Rackery Lane, Llay, Wrexham, LL12 0PB ("Best Companies") for the purchase of tickets for an awards and celebration event taking place on Thursday 2nd November 2023 ("Event"). By purchasing tickets from Best Companies, the Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Purchase: The Buyer agrees to purchase the tickets from Best Companies at the agreed-upon price.
Payment: The Buyer agrees to pay a minimum 20% non-refundable table deposit at time of purchase or on invoice within 30 days by credit card, debit card, or transfer. Outstanding balance must be paid in full by 2nd October 2023.
Tickets: Best Companies will deliver the tickets to the Buyer via email. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for ticket delivery and where making a group booking, ensuring provision of tickets to all members of Buyers party. Each ticket is valid for the admission of one person only to the Event. Ticket Use: The Buyer agrees to use the tickets as intended and not for commercial gain or promotional purposes, unless prior written consent is obtained from Best Companies.
Personal Information: The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete personal information for themselves and any other individuals for whom they are purchasing tickets, including name, email address, dietary requirements, phone number, and any other information required for the Event.
Consent: The Buyer agrees to collect any necessary consent of any individual prior to sharing their personal information as required for the Event. Personal Information provided will be shared where required, with the venue and third parties on a need-to-know basis to fulfil Event services only. Dietary
Requirements: Buyer must communicate group dietary requirements for the Event no later than GMT 17:00, Friday 13th October 2023.
Venue: Security searches may be conducted by the venue to ensure the safety of attendees. Buyer agrees on behalf of all members of group booking to respect venue policies and comply with any reasonable requests from venue staff on day of Event. Best Companies and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission and to require any attendee to leave the premises without providing a refund. Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Refunds and Exchanges: All sales are final. Best Companies does not offer refunds or exchanges unless there are exceptional circumstances, communicated by the Buyer in advance of the Event to Best Companies; or the Event is cancelled or postponed. If the Event is cancelled or postponed, Best Companies will make every effort to issue a refund or exchange the tickets but is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the Buyer.
Ticket Resale: The Buyer agrees not to resell the tickets. Best Companies reserves the right to cancel any tickets that are resold without permission and to refuse service to anyone who violates this provision.
Preferential Rate: Buyers whose organisation are Best Companies Accredited may be offered at Best Companies sole discretion a preferential rate for Event tickets. Preferential rates where offered will be available for purchase at this price for 30 (thirty) days, after which they will be increased to standard pricing.
Disclaimer: Best Companies is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the Buyer or a member of their group as an attendee of the Event. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, and loss.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and Best Companies and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By purchasing tickets from Best Companies, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
