Based at Bramling House, a country manor outside Canterbury in Kent, Top Villas' setting offers plenty of outdoor space for recreational activities. In the spring and summer, meetings take place in the grounds, so staff can get out in the fresh air and be in natural surroundings that inspire and encourage new ideas and creative thinking. They are allowed to bring their dogs to work, too, which is a great stress buster.
