Ticketer started in 2009, when their CEO found that bus operators weren't happy with their ticketing machines. The CEO believed it was time to revolutionise ticketing, to use cloud technology to make things simple for the operator. Fast forward just over 10 years, Ticketer is now the UK's largest electronic ticketing machine supplier outside London, with ticketing machines on buses across the UK. A few short years ago, the Ticketer team was just 20 people strong, now they are close to ninety after experiencing huge, and exciting growth. Ticketer pride themselves in having a team that lives and breathes their values. They also work hard together everyday to maintain a family-feel culture. They believe that the reason people stay at Ticketer is because they love working there and understand just how much they are valued. Ticketer demonstrate how valued each employee is by offering great pay alongside a benefits package which supports their wellbeing, family life and overall happiness.
