Communications agency, The Creative Engagement Group, believes "business is no longer defined purely by balance sheets, it's defined by the way the world experiences them".

The agency – with a London HQ, four other UK sites and multiple US bases – uses behavioural science to help clients create experiences that inspire lasting change, from film to branded and interactive content.

Recent work has included film content to inspire healthcare professionals, and turning London's city centre into a 'paved paradise' to help people reimagine their city – car-free.

And with a focus on producing thought-provoking experiences, it's unsurprising that creating similar for its own employees – around 600 of them UK-based – is also high on its agenda.

The Creative Engagement Group encourages 'agnostic thinking.' It wants its team to embrace strategic and creative content across its unique range of services, not just from the perspective of their specialism, whether that be live events, film or digital.

It helps its employees see 'the art of the possible' through 'The Gathering' – its informal virtual showcase of news and work, and 'The Round Up' – its "unforgettable event experience" using its own virtual and hybrid events platform. The most recent one included a showcase of the company's best creative work, a chat show with the strategy team and the company's first 'Metaverse' meeting.

The company believes that its "unusual combination of strategic, creative and production capabilities, flat organisational structure and culture of openness and transparency" offers many exciting opportunities for "collaboration, innovation, upskilling and reskilling".
