The Aspire recruitment company specialises in recruiting for the digital, media and marketing communications industry. Since its founding in 1992, the company has transformed from PFJ to The Graduate Recruitment Company until rebranding as Aspire in 2014. They now have three offices in the UK, in London, Birmingham and Manchester, as well as offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. Led by Chairman Paul Farrer and CEO Christ Chandler, the company employs 120 specialist recruiters worldwide. Keen environmentalists, Aspire recycled 1,010kg of paper in 2017, saving 1,320kg of Co2 - which adds up to 11 trees. Computers close down automatically overnight to save power, and they have a policy of no bins in the main office so that everyone has to use recycling bins. In addition, they offer a cycle-to-work scheme as one of their benefits, as well as travel card loans, to encourage less reliance on driving.
