Launched in 2016 as part of Strongbyte Solutions; VoCoVo has been connecting staff, customers, software and hardware through bespoke voice-centred technology to increase the efficiency of customer service and providing greater end-user satisfaction.

Based in Shipton-under-Wychwood, in Oxfordshire, VoCoVo can be found in Tesco, Primark, the Co-op, Wickes, Dunelm Mill, Halfords and many more high street brands.
